On June 9, the organizing committee of Vietnam BirdRace 2025 announced the results of the competition held at Bidoup - Nui Ba National Park (core zone of Langbiang World Biosphere Reserve). The competition lasted for 27 hours.

The Vietnam BirdRace 2025 competition brings together 93 photographers and bird watchers from Vietnam and 8 countries, along with nearly 100 local children (participating in the forest canopy tourism experience).

The contest was deemed to have created an inspiring wilderness journey, far beyond the scope of a nature photography contest.

During nearly a day and a half taking place in the unique terrain of Langbiang plateau, the teams hunted and recorded images of rare bird species, thereby spreading the message of love for nature and the need to conserve biodiversity.

Photographer Thuan Vo - deputy head of the organizing committee - affirmed: "The language of birds has brought international friends closer together, through understanding and love of nature."

Nurture love of nature from small steps

Not only a playground for professional observers, Vietnam BirdRace 2025 is also an experience festival for 100 local students.

Children are led into the forest, learn to identify mushrooms, participate in environmental games and even first aid skills in nature - the young buds are being nurtured to become the next generation for conservation.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Bao - head of the organizing committee - emphasized: "Educating the young generation is the most sustainable key to preserving the precious values that nature bestows."
