In November, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council directed the preparation for the organization of the Provincial People's Council meetings, especially the regular meeting at the end of 2024; supervise the implementation of socio-economic development targets and tasks in 2024. Continue to organize thematic supervision on the proposal of the list of land recovery and the results of the implementation of the Provincial People's Council resolution on approving the list of projects requiring land recovery and approving the list of projects converting the purpose of rice-growing land for the period from 2021 to 2023. Organize explanations at the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council meeting. Coordinate to organize training on operational skills for People's Council delegates at all levels. Organize for Provincial People's Council delegates to meet voters before the regular meeting at the end of 2024. Concluding the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Standing Committee, the Committees and each delegate of the Provincial People's Council to continue to promote the sense of responsibility, strengthen coordination to complete the tasks and plans set out in November. The Provincial People's Committee, functional departments and branches continue to study, review, supplement and perfect the contents of the draft resolutions submitted at the 21st Session; the Provincial People's Council Committees monitor, urge and coordinate with functional departments and branches to perform well the verification work so that the draft resolutions at the session ensure high quality and feasibility, serving as a basis for reporting to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for direction to organize effectively, in accordance with legal regulations.
