Muong Cha District People's Council passed 13 Resolutions

Muong Cha district People's Council delegates conducted a vote of confidence for 19 comrades holding positions elected by the People's Council.

In 2023, despite many difficulties, with the determination of the entire political system, Muong Cha district achieved 9/14 targets and exceeded the set plan. Of which, 5 targets exceeded the plan, including: Local budget revenue; total retail sales of goods and service revenue; education; creating more jobs and new jobs; reducing the poverty rate. 4 targets achieved: forestry; culture; environment; information technology. The remaining 5 targets were basically achieved.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Muong Cha district reviewed 27 reports , 8 submissions, 13 draft resolutions of the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Committee, the People's Council Committees and relevant agencies submitted at the meeting . With the spirit of democracy, objectivity, impartiality and responsibility, the delegates of the People's Council of Muong Cha district conducted a vote of confidence for 19 people holding positions elected by the 21st term People's Council of the district by secret ballot. The votes were evaluated according to 3 levels: High confidence, confidence, low confidence . As a result, the majority of people holding positions elected by the People's Council of the district had high and low confidence votes . This is an important monitoring content, helping people who are voted on to see their level of confidence to strive and practice; it is the basis for competent agencies and organizations to consider planning, training, fostering, arranging and using cadres; contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the state apparatus.

The conference carried out the process of electing comrade Le Hong Nam to hold the position of Vice Chairman of Muong Cha District People's Committee, term XXI, 2021-2026.

At the end of the session, delegates passed 13 resolutions on socio -economic development goals and tasks, ensuring national defense and security; local budget estimates and allocation for 2024 and many other important contents.
