This will help ministries, sectors and localities exploit data effectively, while creating favorable conditions for administrative procedure reform, reducing time and costs for state agencies’ operations.

In addition, the application of artificial intelligence in data management and processing is encouraged. Artificial intelligence has been effectively applied by many sectors, ministries and branches, contributing to improving information quality and ensuring data security. The management of large and centralized data needs to be strictly implemented, ensuring both safety and effective use, serving the right management goals.
