HAGL struggled to defeat Khanh Hoa thanks to a late goal

In the early stages of the match, both teams took the initiative to play slowly and steadily on their home field.

In the 9th minute, from a precise cross from his teammate, Brandao jumped high and headed the ball wide of Khanh Hoa's goal.

In the 30th minute, Chau Ngoc Quang made a smart pass for Dinh Thanh Binh to escape, but goalkeeper Ngoc Cuong rushed out in time to catch the ball.

On the opposite side of the field, Khanh Hoa also created a few scoring opportunities but failed to take advantage.

After the break, HAGL began to push up their attacking formation and created significant pressure on the away team's goal.

In the 50th minute, Van Trieu jumped high to head the ball after Minh Vuong's cross, sending it over the bar.

On the other hand, Khanh Hoa proactively played slowly at home and waited for the opportunity to counterattack.

In the 78th minute, Cong Thanh escaped to receive a pass from his teammate and then headed the ball without being marked, but missed the target.

In the final minutes of the match, HAGL almost poured all of their troops into the opponent's field to find a goal.

In the 90+6th minute, Dinh Lam tried to cross the ball for Paollo to rush down and powerfully head the ball past goalkeeper Ngoc Cuong.

Paollo's last-second goal also sealed a narrow 1-0 victory for HAGL.
