The patient was a man named DL (32 years old, American nationality), who was walking on the road in Gia Lai province when he suddenly became dizzy, collapsed, and lost consciousness.

Seeing this, the locals immediately called Hoang Anh Gia Lai University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital for emergency support. Upon receiving the information, the hospital's emergency team rushed to the scene.
At the time of admission, the patient was in a state of open eyes but unable to speak, with no movement of limbs, suspected of having an acute stroke. After examination, first aid, and stabilization of breathing and circulation, the patient was taken to the hospital for further monitoring and intensive treatment.
According to Hoang Anh Gia Lai University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, the patient had a history of high blood pressure, depression and was taking psychiatric medication, so the cause of the onset may have come from a combination of cardiovascular - neurological - psychiatric factors.
Currently, the patient is awake, vital signs are stable and is being closely monitored by specialists for the next few hours to determine the cause of fainting, thereby developing an appropriate treatment regimen.
