The peak emulation campaign aims to promote the dissemination of the values ​​and utilities of the iHanoi application so that people and businesses in the city understand, agree and respond to the installation and use of iHanoi as a method of online interaction in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and authorities at all levels; at the same time, promote the exemplary role of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in state administrative agencies in installing, activating and using the iHanoi application to ensure the completion of goals and responsibilities, tasks of resolving feedback and recommendations of people and organizations in the city.

The peak emulation period is from November 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024. Participants include cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and officers and soldiers of the armed forces of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees at all levels, agencies, units and organizations in the city; people, businesses and organizations currently living and operating in Hanoi .

The content of the peak emulation campaign includes promoting the values ​​and utilities of the iHanoi application in enhancing online interactions in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and authorities at all levels; guiding people in the city to install, activate and use utilities on the iHanoi application.

The City People's Committee identified the grassroots police force as the core to coordinate with members of the Community Digital Transformation Team to directly go to each person's home, through the work of receiving and handling administrative procedures or through movement activities, collective activities at crowded places such as cultural houses, community centers, markets, shopping centers, etc. to propagate, mobilize, guide, help install and activate accounts on the iHanoi application with the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people benefit".

The working groups of Project 06 at district, commune, village and residential group levels proactively carry out propaganda and mobilization work regularly, continuously and synchronously in many vivid, diverse, practical and timely forms and formats. Focus on developing articles, reports, news, posting and broadcasting on media; using LED screens at intersections, in the area and communication equipment (LED screens, LCDs and similar forms) at offices, places to receive citizens, residential areas, apartment buildings, commercial centers, supermarkets, etc. within the management area.

State administrative agencies and units organize propaganda on the application of iHanoi integrated into applications and utilities (if any) of the industry and field of the agency or unit serving people and businesses to create a widespread ripple effect in the city.
