Hanoi will set off fireworks on the evening of August 10 at the F1 racetrack.

On July 24, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 198/KH-UBND on organizing fireworks displays in the political art program "Fatherland in the Heart" in the capital city of Hanoi.

According to the Plan, the program aims to create an exciting atmosphere, patriotism, and solidarity among the people of the Capital to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The fireworks display will take place from 10pm to 10:08pm on August 10, with a scale of 300 high-altitude fireworks and 60 low-altitude fireworks, lasting 8 minutes at the F1 racetrack area, Tu Liem ward. The program is implemented with a budget of 1 billion VND from socialized sources.

Agencies and units include: Hanoi Capital Command takes the lead in organizing, deploying transportation, building shooting sites; coordinating with the City Police to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting.
