Hanoi approves 1/500 planning of Nghia Tan residential area

(Dan Tri) - It is expected that by mid-2025, Hanoi City will complete the detailed planning project to renovate and rebuild Nghia Tan apartment complex (Nghia Tan ward, Cau Giay district).


The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 6742 on approving the detailed planning task for renovating and rebuilding Nghia Tan collective housing area, scale 1/500.

According to the decision, the total area for research and detailed planning is approximately more than 316,600m2 (equivalent to nearly 31.66ha).

The planned population scale for renovation and reconstruction of Nghia Tan apartment complex will be accurately determined during the research process to establish a detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 based on the results of the survey and assessment of the actual population status in the old apartment buildings to be renovated and rebuilt and existing houses.

The time to complete the detailed planning project is 6 months from the date of approval of the planning task.

Nghia Tan collective housing area belongs to Nghia Tan Ward People's Committee, Cau Giay District (Hanoi City) and was built in 1987.

According to the Planning and Renovation task of Nghia Tan collective housing area, which was consulted by the people before, the renovated area has an area of 31.66 hectares. Regarding the boundary of the collective housing area, the north borders Hoang Quoc Viet street, the south and southeast borders To Hieu street, the west borders Nguyen Phong Sac street.

The current land use of the residential area is 316,611m2. The study area includes 29 apartment buildings.
