Strengthening relations with strategic partners
On August 25, the Chairman of Green i-Park Group and his delegation met with Mr. Bae Geon-Gi, Chairman of Zenith Union Partners and Mr. Jung Won Ju, Chairman of Daewoo E&C Group. These are all partners who have accompanied Green i-Park in the Forest Starlake urban service project - a symbolic project combining modern infrastructure, green space and high-class utilities.
On August 26, the delegation visited the Hitejinro factory - Korea's leading beverage group. The Chairman of Green i-Park Group highly appreciated the modern beer and soju production process, the clean and safe working environment and the application of ESG standards in governance. The Group's leaders affirmed that Green i-Park is ready to accompany and support international investors when implementing projects in Vietnam in general, and in Hung Yen in particular.
Strengthening connection with Korea Small and Medium Business Association
On August 27, in Seoul, working with the Korea Small and Medium Business Association (KBIZNET), the Green i-Park Group delegation listened to Mr. Pyun Moo-Youl, Chairman of KBIZNET, introduce the activities and strengths of connections in the fields of investment, production, technology transfer, environmental treatment, sustainable development and digital transformation.
Appreciating the role of KBIZNET and the strengths of Korean enterprises, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Chairman of Green i-Park Group affirmed: The increasingly strong cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Korea, especially after the State visit of General Secretary To Lam, has opened up many new cooperation opportunities for localities and enterprises of the two countries.
He suggested that KBIZNET support connecting Green i-Park with Korean enterprises interested in the investment environment in Vietnam, including Hung Yen province, creating a premise to promote investment cooperation in the coming time. Green i-Park commits to accompany and fully support investors from the survey and project implementation stages to the entire operation process.
At the meeting, the leaders of KBIZNET and Green i-Park Group witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between Green i-Park Joint Stock Company and K-Green E&C Company. Accordingly, the two sides will cooperate in the field of consulting and promoting investment in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province and projects developed by Green i-Park. The two sides hope to promote the strengths of K-Green E&C in connecting Korean enterprises along with Green i-Park's infrastructure development and investment attraction capacity, creating optimal investment cooperation opportunities for Korean enterprises in Vietnam.
Connecting technology and energy with KEPCO KDN
On the morning of August 28, the delegation worked with KEPCO KDN – a technology company under the Korea Electric Power Corporation. The two sides shared development orientations in the fields of smart grid, energy security and digital transformation.
Green i-Park introduced the Green iP-1 (Hung Yen) and Green iP-2 ( Vinh Long ) industrial park projects, oriented towards developing smart industrial parks, Net Zero, and expressed its desire to cooperate with KEPCO KDN in research, technology transfer and renewable energy.
Working with the Korea-China Global Association
Also during the investment promotion trip to Korea, on August 28, the delegation of Green i-Park Group had a working session with the Korea-China Global Association (KCGlobal). The delegation was received by the Association's Chairman, Dr. Woo Su-geun, Vice Chairmen and Secretary General of the Association.
KCGlobal is a non-profit organization that promotes economic, cultural and social exchanges and cooperation between the two countries, enhancing mutual understanding through diverse programs and projects. In particular, the Association enhances support for businesses to expand into partner markets, strengthens connections between local governments of the two countries; and organizes important forums and events to promote the substantial development of both countries.
Chairman of Green i-Park Group Nguyen Minh Hung highly appreciated the Association's role as a bridge, and expressed his hope that KCGlobal would introduce more Korean enterprises looking for opportunities to expand or shift investment to Vietnam. He affirmed that with the advantages of synchronous infrastructure, attractive incentive policies, and the orientation of developing industrial parks according to green, sustainable and smart standards, as well as active advice and support during the implementation of investment procedures, Green i-Park will be a reliable destination for Korean investors.
Green i-Park's business trip to Korea was assessed as practical, effective and strategic, focusing on three main points: Strengthening relations with strategic partners; researching and understanding the Korean market; expanding connections with associations and the international business community. The results of the trip opened up many opportunities to attract high-quality FDI projects, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park in particular and the economy of Hung Yen province in general.
