Mr. Tran Thanh Phuong - Founder and General Director of ExtendMax - shared: "We believe that legal compliance is not a barrier, but can become a bridge to promote global trade. Import-Export Entrustment Services – Linking Innovation and Compliance

Although the import-export entrustment service model is popular in the world, in Vietnam, ExtendMax's implementation in the direction of integrating legal - technology - logistics is considered an innovative step on a global scale. Not only performing customs declaration, ExtendMax also acts as an importer, fully performing tax obligations, applying for specialized licenses and ensuring product compliance with legal regulations.

In addition, ExtendMax also supports customers in completing state quality inspection dossiers, assessing legal risks and updating policy changes. This is an important factor for foreign enterprises to maintain compliance when operating in Vietnam - a market that is increasingly attracting international investment.

Positive signals for integration and raising industry standards

As Vietnam emerges as a regional manufacturing and technology hub, the demand for import and export consignment services is growing. However, there is still a lack of legal capacity and deep expertise to meet global demands. ExtendMax’s recognition by the Stevie Awards is a clear testament to the growing internal capacity of Vietnam’s legal and logistics services industry.

ExtendMax representative also said that becoming a member of international networks also helps businesses access higher standards and expand their ability to serve multinational corporations.

Some typical cases recorded

One typical example is the company's participation in supporting an international contractor consortium to implement the EPC package of the Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant Project - one of the country's large-scale and key energy projects. As a legal entity entrusted with import, ExtendMax has undertaken the entire process of applying for specialized licenses, preparing technical documents, performing customs declarations and customs clearance of electronic equipment and control systems with high information technology elements. Thanks to close coordination and solid expertise, the company has contributed to ensuring the project's implementation progress in accordance with the requirements of the investor and the general contractor consortium.

A partner representative from the United States shared: "We appreciate the legal understanding and practical expertise of the ExtendMax team in supporting the import and export of information technology equipment in the Vietnamese market. This is a key factor in the success of our projects in Vietnam."

From awards to sustainable development orientation

The Grand Stevie Award is a milestone that shows that Vietnamese businesses can achieve global standards in the B2B service sector – with the right strategy and long-term commitment to quality. In the coming time, ExtendMax plans to expand the "logistics technology legal" integration model to the APAC region, while developing more services related to sustainable trade, digital transformation and ESG consulting in the field of compliance.

In mid-2025, ExtendMax was also honored at the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) with the Asian Green Leadership Award for its efforts in the national program on energy efficiency and conservation (VNEEP) and sustainable development strategy for businesses in the technology sector. This is a clear demonstration of the commitment to integrating ESG into the core of the business.

These awards are not only honors for an organization, but also a positive signal for the trend of improving service quality and image of Vietnamese enterprises in the international market.
