Land transactions in the second quarter increased with a total value of more than 9,303 billion VND

(LĐ online) - Authorities have recorded that recently, transactions of land plots, individual houses and apartments in Lam Dong province have grown strongly, with a total value of more than 9,303 billion VND.

On June 25, the Department of Justice of Lam Dong province sent a document to the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province regarding the provision of information and data on transaction volume and transaction prices of real estate types through notarization in the province in the second quarter of 2025.

The data provided is compiled from reports of 47/47 notary organizations registered to operate at the Department of Justice. Accordingly, in the second quarter of 2025 , Lam Dong province had 6,591 land transactions; 388 individual housing transactions; 18 apartment transactions, with a total value of more than VND 9,303 billion.

For 6,591 land transactions, Lam Dong province recorded a total value of more than 7,400 billion VND. Of which, Da Lat city had 368 transactions, worth more than 2,000 billion VND (an average of 5.5 billion VND per lot); Bao Loc city had 528 transactions, worth 538 billion VND (an average of more than 1 billion VND per lot). According to information, the number of land transactions in Da Lat city and Bao Loc city increased compared to the first quarter of 2025.

For individual housing transactions, Da Lat City had 189 transactions, worth VND1,575 billion, up 74% compared to the first quarter; Bao Loc City had 75 transactions, worth nearly VND138 billion; Duc Trong District also recorded 117 transactions worth more than VND135 billion. For apartments alone, Lam Dong Province had only 18 transactions concentrated in Da Lat City with a value of more than VND24 billion.
