The conference was chaired by comrades: Ho Van Nien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Rah Lan Chung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Attending the conference were representatives of the leaders of the Local Department II - Central Organizing Committee; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; Secretaries of the District Party Committees: Chu Se, Chu Puh, Chu Pah, Dak Po, Duc Co, Ia Grai, Phu Thien, Kbang and the Secretary of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee.
The provincial Party Committee has 14 district Party Committees, 2 town Party Committees and 1 city Party Committee with 718 grassroots Party organizations, 2,903 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees, and 61,219 Party members. At the conference, Comrade Huynh Quang Thai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee presented Document No. 76-TTr/TU dated June 17, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee proposing to consider and decide to end the activities of 17 district, town, and city Party Committees and establish 77 new commune and ward Party Committees after the reorganization.

Accordingly, the 77 new commune and ward party committees after the reorganization include: 8 ward party committees and 69 communal party committees. Regarding the organizational structure: The commune-level Party Committee Executive Board has 27-33 comrades; the Party Committee Standing Board has 9-11 comrades; the Party Committee Inspection Committee has 3-5 comrades; The commune-level Party Committee has established 3 specialized agencies to advise and assist. Particularly, the communes and wards with the current district-level political center headquarters have an additional political center as a public service unit under the Party Committee.
Based on the contents discussed at the conference, the Provincial Party Executive Committee agreed to end the activities of 17 district, town and city Party Committees and establish 77 new commune and ward Party Committees after the reorganization. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee was assigned to urgently advise on the implementation of the next steps to ensure that the commune-level apparatus operates according to the schedule and plan set for July 1, 2025.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that, immediately after the conference, Party committees at all levels, units, and localities, especially the members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the secretaries and deputy secretaries of district, town, city, and affiliated Party committees, continue to closely follow the assigned tasks to promptly direct the implementation and advise competent authorities to implement the work contents to ensure the prescribed progress. Focus on performing well the political and ideological work, creating high consensus and unity in the political system and the whole society, especially among the contingent of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees on the work of reorganizing the apparatus. Quickly stabilize the apparatus, put it into operation soon, lead and direct the timely and effective resolution of political tasks of Party committees and localities.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Van Nien requested that on June 18, the Secretaries of the District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, and City Party Committees urgently direct the review and adjustment of Party organizations and Party members, ensuring accurate and complete data. At the same time, request Party committees at all levels to pay attention to effectively using existing working offices, avoiding waste of facilities. Pay attention to leading and directing the careful preparation of conditions to successfully organize Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring progress and regulations.
For the comrades of the Provincial Party Committee who, according to the arrangement and assignment of the organization, continue to participate in the Provincial Party Committee, hold leadership positions of departments, branches, sectors and commune-level administrative units of Gia Lai province after the arrangement, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that they continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, strive to demonstrate their role and position well in their new positions, worthy of the expectations and trust of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

For those comrades who do not continue to work and have retired according to regulations, the Provincial Party Secretary respectfully acknowledges and thanks them for their important contributions over the past time; at the same time, he hopes that comrades will continue to pay attention and contribute ideas to build the new Party Committee and provincial government to become stronger and more developed. "For the 77 newly established communes and wards, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has concluded on key personnel work. In the coming time, the Provincial Party Standing Committee will chair a conference to invite key leaders of the new communes and wards to thoroughly grasp and assign tasks" - the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.
