iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max prices "hit rock bottom" in Vietnam

In just about a month, Apple will introduce the 2025 iPhone generation. However, according to many dealers, sales of previous iPhone products, especially the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, are still growing continuously.

"The period before the launch of a new generation of iPhone is often the time when users "hunt for deals". Sales of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max duo have increased slightly compared to last month and increased significantly compared to the same period last year," said Ms. Van Thi Ngoc Yen, Apple product director at Di Dong Viet.

Currently, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is offered at a price of 29.7 million VND for the 256GB version. Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 Pro is priced at 24.7 million VND for the 128GB version.

This is also the lowest price of these two models since they were launched in the Vietnamese market. Of which, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is still the most popular version in the Vietnamese market.

Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, media representative of the CellphoneS system, said that the average price of iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max has decreased by about 3% compared to the first quarter.

"At this time, some customers will have the mentality of waiting for new products to launch. However, with the deeply discounted price, sales of the iPhone 16 Pro duo still grew steadily. In fact, the iPhone 16 Pro Max achieved a growth rate twice as high as the iPhone 15 Pro Max at the same time," Mr. Huy added.

As is the annual tradition, Apple will "kill" some older iPhone models every time it launches a new device. Therefore, it is likely that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will soon be included in this list.

"With the current sales rate, the supply of iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be enough to supply until the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2025. At the same time, we will also proactively work with distribution partners to import more goods to serve users if the supply is still available," said a representative of Minh Tuan Mobile.
