Pig price today July 26, 2025: Deep decrease, bottoming out at 59,000 VND/kg

Pig prices today (July 26) continued to decrease across the board, especially in Quang Tri and Gia Lai, hitting the bottom at 59,000 VND/kg, while the South maintained the highest level at 65,000 VND/kg.

Pig price today, July 26, in the North decreased slightly in many provinces

In the North, the live hog market continued to decrease by 1,000 - 2,000 VND/kg in some localities. The common price currently fluctuates from 60,000 - 62,000 VND/kg. Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh, Cao Bang and Thai Nguyen recorded a decrease of 61,000 VND/kg. Son La decreased sharply by 2,000 VND, down to the lowest level in the region of 60,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Hanoi , Hai Phong and Hung Yen still maintain the highest level of 62,000 VND/kg.

The Central and Central Highlands regions continued to be the regions with the deepest price reductions of the day. Quang Tri and Gia Lai both recorded 59,000 VND/kg - the lowest in the country. In provinces such as Hue, Da Nang , Quang Ngai and Dak Lak, prices also decreased by 1,000 VND, fluctuating at 60,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong remained at 63,000 VND, with no new adjustments recorded.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs remained stable at around 62,000 - 64,000 VND/kg. However, Ca Mau , Vinh Long and Tay Ninh all decreased slightly by 1,000 VND compared to yesterday. Vinh Long is currently trading at 62,000 VND/kg, while Tay Ninh is still the locality with the highest price in the region - 65,000 VND/kg.
