Nearly 69,000 families meet the "5 no, 3 clean" standards

As of May 2025, the whole province has 68,988 households meeting all 8 criteria of "5 no, 3 clean" and 80,924 households meeting the criteria of "3 clean". In the period of 2021-2025, the Women's Union at all levels has helped 3,984 households meet the criteria, especially 868 households "not poor". Activities to support families implementing the campaign have been deployed in a variety of ways such as: Supporting capital, breeds, science and technology, supporting women to start and start businesses, connecting, consuming products, working days, renovating mixed gardens, building houses. Many practical models have been replicated such as "3 clean savings tubes", "Women's Association of 5 no, 3 clean to build new rural areas", "Family of 5 yes, 3 clean", "Women's group linking to develop the economy". The Women's Union at all levels has supported the construction and repair of 2,414 houses for poor households, including 282 households headed by women, mobilizing more than 43,000 working days and nearly 1.5 billion VND.

Regarding the “3 clean” criteria, the whole province has built 957 sanitary facilities, bathrooms, and hygienic water tanks; established hundreds of models of “Women’s self-managed roads”, “Women say no to waste”, “Waste classification at source”; supported the construction of dozens of kilometers of flower roads, green fences, and model residential areas. In addition, propaganda, dissemination of laws, raising awareness of gender equality, health care, and child rearing have also been widely implemented through more than 12,600 communications, attracting more than 400,000 participants.
