DSEZA has deployed a channel to receive feedback and suggestions from businesses in many convenient forms such as email, private mailbox, website and QR code. This is a practical tool for businesses to reflect negative manifestations such as causing trouble in processing documents, suggesting services outside the process, prolonging the processing time without clear reasons or other acts of harassment in the process of performing official duties.

This is to promptly receive feedback and recommendations from businesses and build a safe, transparent and effective investment and business environment.
DSEZA will receive feedback through many methods: Via the Executive Office phone number: 02363.666117; via email, address: phananh@dseza.gov.vn; via the feedback mailbox located at DSEZA headquarters; send feedback online via the website https://dseza.danang.gov.vn; select the function "Channel for receiving feedback and recommendations"; via scanning the QR code to send feedback including: time, location; name, characteristics of cadres and civil servants (if known) and violations or negative manifestations (being harassed during the process of receiving or processing documents; being suggested or forced to use intermediary services outside the process; showing signs of negativity and harassment in public service; prolonging the time to process documents without clear reasons...)
The QR code is simultaneously posted at the DSEZA Application Reception Department.
DSEZA affirms that each reflection is a practical action contributing to protecting business interests, while enhancing transparency, improving the investment environment and building a team of dedicated and honest civil servants.
Mr. Vu Quang Hung, Head of the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, said that opening a feedback channel not only helps protect the legitimate rights of businesses but also contributes to promoting administrative reform, improving transparency and efficiency in management. Each feedback received and handled seriously will be a concrete step in building a government that accompanies businesses, minimizes risks, increases investor confidence and creates motivation to attract new resources for the city.
DSEZA commits to absolutely keep the identity of the complainant confidential, not to confront or reveal the source of information, and to strictly and impartially handle any violations that are discovered.
