Agree to transfer nearly 170,000 m3 of rock from Component Project 2 to Component Project 3

The Provincial People's Committee has just agreed to coordinate nearly 170,000 m3 of finished stone for the construction of Component Project 2 to supply to Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project Phase 1.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to coordinate finished stone at the quarry in village 6B, Ea Pal commune, Ea Kar district (Joint Stock Company 484) for 3 contractors to carry out the construction of Component Project 3.

Specifically, agree to distribute 89,774 ^m3 of stone to Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC; agree to distribute 30,000 ^m3 of stone to Trung Nam Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company and agree to distribute 50,000 ^m3 of stone to Hoang Nam Bridge and Road Construction Company Limited.

Construction of Component Project 3 of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project Phase 1.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic Works and Rural Development (the investor of Component Project 3) to commit to be responsible for paying the lowest price for materials to the foot of the project and additional costs incurred due to taking materials from the quarry in Hamlet 6B compared to the Hoa Tien quarry.

Responsible before the Provincial People's Committee and the law for issues arising during the process of transporting materials from the quarry in village 6B to the foot of the construction site.

Supervise the receipt of stone volume from quarry village 6B only to serve Component Project 3, absolutely not to provide for other works and projects.

After completing the coordination volume, synthesize the report to the Department of Agriculture and Environment to advise the Provincial People's Committee to terminate the coordination.

Propose that Project Management Board 6 ( Ministry of Construction ) be responsible for supervising the exploitation and coordination of Joint Stock Company 484 to provide to the contractor for construction of Component Project 3 according to regulations.
