Nong Thuan Phat Trading Company Limited (Trung An Ward, Dong Thap Province) specializes in manufacturing and trading fertilizers. Currently, the company's products are widely distributed in many provinces and cities across the country. After the province merger, the company's production and business activities remain stable. In the first 6 months of the year, the company's production and business activities exceeded the plan by about 15.5%.

Huu Bien Company Limited (Kim Son Commune, Dong Thap Province) has been in operation for 18 years, with the motto "the next year is better than the previous year". Since its establishment, the company has focused on investing in specialized technical equipment, a team of experienced engineers, creative thinking, providing new and breakthrough solutions to meet the needs of the construction industry such as: embankments, wharves, civil and industrial construction works and irrigation traffic.
Currently, the company has 1 concrete station, 1 concrete component casting workshop with an investment capital of 100 billion VND. The capacity of the factory and concrete station is currently 1,600 tons/year, the consumption market is in the southern provinces. Currently, the company creates jobs for more than 200 people. In the first 6 months of the year, the company's revenue reached over 196 billion VND. In the first 7 months of 2025, there were 1,392 newly established enterprises, reaching 88% of the enterprise development plan for 2025, an increase of 74% over the same period. Long Giang Industrial Park Development Company Limited is the investor of Long Giang Industrial Park (Tan Phuoc 3 Commune) with an area of 540 hectares. According to the company's leaders, in recent times, the Dong Thap Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and related departments and branches have actively supported the company in building, attracting investment, operating the Industrial Park as well as solving practical difficulties for enterprises investing here. After more than 18 years of efforts to overcome many difficulties, Long Giang has strongly developed into an international-scale industrial park, perfected, becoming one of the typical industrial parks in the Mekong Delta region.
Accordingly, the total export turnover of enterprises in the Industrial Park in 2024 will reach about 3.3 billion USD and 1.8 billion USD in the first 6 months of 2025. Based on the achieved results, the Industrial Park will continue to improve infrastructure and monitor the production situation of enterprises in the Industrial Park; increase auxiliary utilities to support production, contributing to the development of enterprises. At the same time, promote investment attraction. The company hopes to continue to receive the direction and support of the Party Committee and the government of Dong Thap province to build Long Giang into a typical industrial park project of the province, contributing to the local socio-economic development in the coming time.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, in the coming time, the province will continue to grasp and promptly resolve difficulties and problems of enterprises. The province will continue to implement solutions for enterprise development in 2025. At the same time, it will improve the investment and business environment, administrative reform, promote start-ups, convert business households into enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
During the visit to learn about the business situation of enterprises on July 23, Mr. Phan Van Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thap province, emphasized that the general policy of the province is to continue to accompany enterprises in their development. Therefore, in the weekly working program, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, including relevant sectors, directly visit enterprises and production establishments to grasp the production and business situation, especially the difficulties in order to focus on quickly resolving them. With the growth target of over 8% this year and the new term, the province is building a congress resolution to achieve double-digit growth.
Therefore, enterprises and production establishments in the province make a very important contribution to growth. Recognizing this importance, in addition to issuing specialized resolutions related to the development of the household economy to production establishments and enterprises, the province will have specific policies, creating the most favorable conditions for production and business activities. The province's policy is very receptive; because the activities of enterprises, production and business establishments will contribute to policy making for the overall economic development of the province. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has a very specific action program to implement Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development.
