Comrade Le Hong Tham worked with Thanh Hung and Hoa Hung communes on preparations for the commune party congress.

On the morning of August 6, the working delegation of the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee led by Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Council Le Hong Tham had a working session with the Party Committees of Thanh Hung and Hoa Hung communes on preparations for the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025 - 2030.

At the meeting, the Party Committees of the two communes reported on the progress of the congress implementation in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee. Up to now, the localities have established steering committees and sub-committees to serve the congress, assigned specific tasks; and basically completed the draft political report, documents and materials for the congress.

The subordinate Party cells have completed the first congresses, ensuring progress and regulations. According to the plan, the Thanh Hung Commune Party Congress will take place on August 19 and Hoa Hung Commune on August 21.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Hong Tham acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committees and authorities of the two communes in arranging the organizational apparatus after the merger and carefully preparing for the congress.

He requested localities to continue reviewing and perfecting documents in line with practical situations; ensuring personnel work is in accordance with regulations, strict, democratic and objective; organizing congresses on schedule and with quality, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions for the new term.

Comrade Le Hong Tham emphasized the need to continue to strengthen propaganda work on Party congresses at all levels, creating a widespread influence among cadres, Party members and people; raising political awareness, arousing a sense of responsibility, and proactively carrying out political tasks in the locality.
