Dialogue between leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and provincial youth in 2023

On November 8, the Provincial People's Committee organized a Dialogue conference between the Provincial People's Committee leaders and young people in 2023 with the theme " Ninh Thuan Youth Pioneers in Digital Transformation and Establishment of Careers". Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were Comrade Huynh Tan Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department and leaders of relevant departments, agencies and branches.

The dialogue is a meaningful forum for leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities to listen to and share the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of young people on the path of establishing a career, starting a business and the aspiration to master science and technology in the period of industrialization, construction and development of the province.

At the dialogue, many issues were of interest to the Youth Union members, such as the need to build a Startup Support Fund to help them access capital; support mechanisms to realize topics and models of creative ideas of teenagers and children; solutions to promote cashless payments; policies to support young people in startups associated with digital transformation; orientations to remove difficulties to help Youth Union members, people in rural and mountainous areas participate in digital transformation...

Speaking at the dialogue, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and shared the recommendations and proposals of the Youth Union members in implementing digital transformation, establishing a career and starting a business. In order to promote the youth's youth and pioneering spirit in the digital transformation process, he requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to study and synthesize the opinions of the Youth Union members, answer the questions of the delegates to advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee to issue policies, programs, projects and plans to support youth development in the new period, meeting the legitimate needs and aspirations of the Youth Union members. It is necessary to focus on effectively implementing projects and plans on the Youth Development Strategy for the period 2021-2030. In particular, the Youth Union at all levels continues to promote propaganda, enhance the role and responsibility of the Youth Union members in applying digital transformation in the process of starting a business, establishing a career, and developing the economy and society.
