If there is no last minute change at Quang Nam FC, Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc will replace them to participate in LPBank V.League 1 season 2025/26. Once Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc does not take this slot, the promotion ticket will be reserved for PVF-CAND.
