Can Tho University in the first year of opening the major but the standard score is also high, up to 26.87 points. University of Education - University of Da Nang increased from 24.15 points (in 2022) to 25.88 points (in 2024), reflecting the attraction of the journalism industry in the region.
With the University of Science - Hue University and the University of Science - Thai Nguyen University, the scores are lower, ranging from 15-18 points, opening up opportunities for candidates with average academic performance but still want to pursue a career in journalism.
The benchmark score for block C00 is approaching 30, many combinations require almost perfect scores, showing the special heat of journalism at key schools. To reach this threshold, candidates need to have excellent academic performance in all subjects. For regional schools, opportunities for candidates with good academic performance are still open thanks to the "easier" score.
However, the fluctuations in journalism jobs over the past year will have a significant impact on career trends and benchmark scores this year.
