Ms. Manh Van's last wish is to donate her organs after her death.

The South China Morning Post reported on May 23 that the last wish of a 29-year-old woman whose body stopped growing after the age of 4 moved netizens, as she wished to donate her organs to repay the love of her adoptive family.
The last wish of Ms. Meng Yun in Anhui province, China, was fulfilled after her recent death.
The exact circumstances of the case are unclear, but the woman was abandoned after giving birth. A woman named Cao Chi Binh (now 74 years old) discovered little Manh abandoned on the street and took her in, caring for her as if she were her own grandchild. Cao’s daughter said her mother took care of Manh with all her heart.
Despite her modest income, Ms. Cao was determined to raise her and always showed her love. "Other children are loved by their parents, but Manh is not," Ms. Cao often told her children.
Due to her severe physical disability, Ms. Manh cannot control her limbs and can only control the movements of her head and neck. Therefore, she often lies face down in bed because any other position is uncomfortable.
Ms. Cao's daughter said that Ms. Manh's body was like that of a 4-year-old child and had not developed further until her recent death. "I have received so much love. I can give nothing back, only myself," Ms. Manh said before her death.
Medical staff bowed in respect after Ms. Meng passed away.

According to her daughter, Ms. Manh is determined to donate her body and hopes that every part can bring hope to others. "If my corneas can help others, please help me see this world ," she once said.
The story touched many netizens. One person said that "this little angel has returned to heaven", while another hoped that in her next life, Ms. Manh would have a healthy body and be loved by her parents.
