Group of young people, teenagers entering the highway

Previously, as reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper , on January 29 (the first day of Tet), a group of young men and teenagers appeared on a motorbike, driving at high speed, without helmets, removing their license plates, violating traffic laws, while driving on the highway from Thanh Hoa to Nghe An . When they saw this group, many vehicles driving on the highway at high speed had to swerve to avoid them.

Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Team 4 reported to their superiors for advice and received approval to make an arrest plan. At around 1:15 p.m. the same day, at the Dien Cat intersection (Dien Chau, Nghe An) on the Nghi Son - Dien Chau highway, the task force successfully arrested the group of people.

Upon inspection, all 6 vehicles had their license plates removed and were left in the trunks of motorbikes. The drivers were unable to present all documents related to the people and vehicles. There were a total of 11 young people and teenagers, most of whom were secondary and high school students in Thanh Hoa province.

Initially, the group of students admitted that they went to the pagoda together at the beginning of the year, but due to taking the wrong route, they entered the highway. The reason for removing the license plate when entering the highway was because they were afraid of being caught and fined by the traffic police while traveling.
