Promoting the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, Tay Ninh established a Steering Committee for implementation at commune and ward levels.

DNVN - Tay Ninh is promoting and drastically implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (Resolution 57) of the Politburo on developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, with the goal of creating strong breakthroughs in the province.

The Provincial Steering Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 04-CV/BCĐ dated August 28, 2025, requesting Party Committees and People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently implement many key contents.

One of the core tasks is to review and establish a Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution 57 in each commune and ward, with the Party Secretary as the Head of the Committee, ensuring adherence to the Provincial Steering Committee model according to Decision No. 98-QD/TU. The Party Committees and People's Committees at the commune level are also assigned the responsibility of leading, directing and urging the implementation, ensuring the completion of the targets and tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee for 2025, especially tasks related to Resolution 57.

Propaganda and dissemination of the Party and State's policies on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation are particularly emphasized. Communes and wards seriously implement the "Digital Education for All" movement, along with the Provincial Steering Committee's Plan to promote interconnected, synchronous and effective digital transformation.

To enhance digital transformation, Party Committees of communes and wards focus on implementing the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies. At the same time, People's Committees at the same level must urgently review and improve the staff team advising on digital transformation work, establish community Digital Technology teams, and enhance training and skills development to meet task requirements.

The Provincial Steering Committee also emphasized the requirement that communes and wards must seriously grasp, be proactive and resolute in implementing tasks, regularly monitor, urge and promptly report arising difficulties and problems for guidance and resolution.
