Reply:

Common causes of angina are heart, vascular, lung, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, and psychological problems. Of the patients who go to the emergency room for chest pain, only a few have serious problems that can affect their lives.

Angina associated with myocardial infarction will have typical suggestive features. If you have the following symptoms, you need to see a doctor immediately: Pain from the chest radiating to both arms or both shoulders; chest pain radiating to the right or left arm or shoulder; chest pain due to exertion; chest pain accompanied by rapid breathing, nausea or sweating, each time the pain is worse than the last.

Among them, people with signs of chest pain spreading to the right arm or shoulder have the highest risk of myocardial infarction in the above cases, 4.7 times higher than normal.
