A number of key and typical projects have been selected and have been marked as a Project to welcome the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Modern, aesthetic
Among the projects with the signboard of the project welcoming the 20th Provincial Party Congress, the office building of the departments and branches of Cao Bang province is a spacious and modern project.
With a total investment of 720 billion VND, the project consists of 10 floors (including 1 basement for parking). The total usable area is over 43,000m3.
This project is located one street away from the headquarters of the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee and near the headquarters of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, convenient for officials of departments, agencies and branches to attend provincial meetings.
Speaking at the ceremony to put up the plaque to welcome the 20th Party Congress, comrade Le Hai Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee, shared that the project is a milestone, affirming the efforts of Cao Bang province to modernize the administrative system, demonstrating the aspirations of the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in the province to rise up in the new period.
From this modern infrastructure, we request that departments, agencies and branches uphold their sense of responsibility, continue to foster, train, and improve the capacity of cadres, civil servants and public employees, creating a solid foundation for building an administration close to the people, for the people, transparent and effective, contributing to the successful implementation of development goals, building a green, clean, beautiful, unique and civilized Cao Bang province.
Clearing traffic arteries
The project to renovate and upgrade the road from Truong Ha commune to Thong Nong commune, Cao Bang province, was also given a sign to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
The route is more than 30km long, with a total investment of 400 billion VND. The starting point is Km0+00 connecting to Ho Chi Minh road at Km12+500 in Truong Ha commune, the end point is Km30+097 connecting to Provincial Road 204 at Km26+300, the intersection of Thong Nong commune.
Comrade Hoang Duc Tho, Deputy Director in charge of the Project Management Board of Cao Bang Province's traffic works, said that the project implementation process from 2021 encountered a number of difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, conversion of forest land use purposes, natural disasters, storms and floods...
With the strong and close leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the close coordination of departments, branches, local authorities and the determination of the investor and contractor, the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the project have been gradually resolved, putting the route into operation in August 2025 as planned, ensuring technical quality, aesthetics and safety.
Appreciating the significance of the completion and operation of the route on the occasion of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, Comrade Vu Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, shared that the completed route is not only an important traffic axis, opening up new development space for communes in the area, shortening travel and trade time, improving people's lives, but also creating conditions for the development of ecological and cultural tourism, connecting historical relics of the revolutionary homeland, maintaining border sovereignty, ensuring social order and safety.
In addition, regional and commune-linking traffic routes and rural traffic systems are being urgently implemented, connecting with Thong Nong-Truong Ha route and Ho Chi Minh route to Pac Bo, creating a synchronous traffic network, which is the basis for more effective exploitation of the potentials, strengths and advantages of the communes in the area and creating momentum for the province's development in the coming period.
The key projects and works with welcome signs for the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Congress bear the mark of the locality's new development path, and are also vivid evidence of the determination to innovate, realize the aspiration to rise up, and build Cao Bang into a sustainable development, towards the happiness of the people.
