(Dan Tri) - A private company won the auction for the "golden land" of the old Dak Lak General Hospital headquarters for more than 568 billion VND, about 2 billion VND higher than the starting price.
Dak Lak Province Property Auction Service Center recently announced that it has completed the auction of assets on land and the transfer of land use rights at No. 2 Mai Hac De, Tan Thanh Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City.
This area used to be the headquarters of the old Dak Lak Provincial General Hospital, with an area of over 42,600m2, located in the center of Buon Ma Thuot city.

The land was auctioned with a starting price of over VND566 billion, expected to be invested in the Commercial Center - Hotel - Housing Complex project. Of which, the land use right value accounts for over VND513 billion and over VND53 billion is the value of assets attached to the land, including hospital buildings.
During the auction, Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company won the bid with a price of more than 568 billion VND, about 2 billion VND higher than the starting price.

Previously, in early 2019, Dak Lak Provincial General Hospital was relocated to a new headquarters in Tu An ward, about 5km from the old headquarters and renamed the Central Highlands General Hospital.
In 2020, the old headquarters area was announced for auction with a starting price of more than 533 billion VND, but no investors participated.
