Based on the goals and tasks approved by the Resolution of the Company's Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Party Committee clearly identified the need to continue to enhance the Party's comprehensive leadership and direction, strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party organization, and seriously lead the implementation of all aspects of Party building work right from the beginning of the term.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Conference to review the Party's work in the first 6 months of the year and the orientation and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, Party Secretary and Director of the Company Vo Manh Ha said that 2025 is a very important year for the Party Committee and the entire unit. This is the year of Party Congresses at all levels, a major political event that affects the entire operation of agencies, units and localities. In particular, 2025 marks a special milestone in the history of the Vietnamese nation, the year to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country and the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification, and at the same time, it is the time to open a new era - the era of striving, developing richly, civilized and prosperous of the nation with many major policies being implemented.
In the first 6 months of 2025, closely following the guidelines and directions of the Central Committee, the Government Party Committee, the EVN Party Committee and the EVNGENCO1 Party Committee, the Company's Party Committee continues to lead the Party Committee and the entire political system to strongly and effectively implement production and business activities. In particular, focusing on promoting the implementation of tasks on science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo.
At the conference, Mr. Ho Sy Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Company, said that in the first 6 months of 2025, the Company's Party Committee had performed well the assigned tasks and achieved many positive results. Accordingly, the Company's Party Committee focused on improving operational efficiency through developing resolutions and annual work programs, issuing 234 documents to comprehensively and promptly lead and direct all aspects of operations in a scientific, effective and practical manner.
The Company's Party Committee continues to systematically and systematically implement ideological work throughout the Party Committee through the development of documents on information and propaganda work to lead and direct subordinate Party cells to seriously implement resolutions, directives and regulations of the Central Committee, and leadership and direction documents of the superior Party Committee.
Propaganda work associated with promoting the implementation of Resolution 4 of the 12th and 13th Central Committees and Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016, of the Politburo, "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" has been carried out in a serious, proactive and in-depth manner.
In organizational work, the Party Committee of Nghi Son Thermal Power Company has focused on leading and directing the implementation of personnel preparation for Party Congresses at all levels and the Company Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
In addition, the work of cadres, party organization building, party member work, and rewards are carried out strictly, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Party committees and party organizations in the Party Committee continue to maintain the order and routine of the Party Committee and Party cell activities.
Inspection and supervision work of Party committees and Inspection Committees is strengthened in conjunction with professional inspection and control; closely following the direction of the Central Committee and higher-level Party Committees, strictly complying with authority, procedures and implementation methods.
The Company's Party Committee focused on leading the professional team to effectively implement technical management, operation management, equipment repair and maintenance, improve the reliability and operational efficiency of the unit to complete the economic and technical targets assigned by the Group and the Corporation. In the first 6 months of 2025, Nghi Son Thermal Power Company produced 1,749.81 million kWh of electricity, reaching 47.73% (3,666 million kWh) of EVNGENCO1's annual plan. The Company always ensures the readiness of furnaces, machines and fuel to meet the mobilization needs of the power system.

Focus on implementing key tasks in the last 6 months of the year
In the last 6 months of the year, the entire Party Committee of the Company will continue to maintain the order of all aspects of Party building work, ensuring full and serious deployment and implementation according to regulations from the beginning of the term.
Accordingly, to continue to enhance the leadership role of Party committees at all levels, contributing to effectively implementing the goals and tasks of the Party Committee in the last 6 months of the year, the Party Secretary of the Company requested the Party Committee to further strengthen political and ideological work; propaganda and political training, raising awareness for cadres, party members and workers.
Pay special attention to implementing the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, Session XII, Session XIII and Directive 05 CT/TW in conjunction with building and effectively implementing the Company's corporate culture. Carry out the work of cadres and party members in accordance with the Regulations and Rules of Vietnam Electricity Group and Power Generation Corporation 1.
Lead and direct the promotion of mass mobilization work in conjunction with political tasks. Implement well the grassroots democracy regulations; promptly grasp the situation, strengthen dialogue with cadres, party members and workers; promptly make recommendations to the Party Committee and professional bodies for consideration and resolution. Promote the role of cadres, party members and workers in fighting, preventing and repelling degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party. Strengthen supervision of the implementation of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State right from the grassroots level.
The Company's Party Committee focuses on leading and directing political and social organizations to promote their strengths, overcome all difficulties and challenges to deploy and perform well their assigned functions and tasks, in order to further improve the spiritual life of officers and employees in the agency, launch emulation movements to create a vibrant atmosphere to strive to fulfill the Company's political tasks.
Party committees at all levels of the Company have increased their focus on inspecting the implementation of the Party Charter, directives and resolutions of the Party, working regulations, work programs of Party organizations, and the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities of Party members and cadres; and have carried out well the post-inspection and supervision handling work to promptly overcome and correct shortcomings and strictly maintain Party discipline.
Ensure safe and stable operation of generators, achieving the economic and technical targets assigned by EVNGENCO1. Strengthen the direction of repair and maintenance work according to equipment status, minimizing the number of incidents during the operation of generators. Improve the quality of human resource training, especially the production, technical and repair forces of the Plant. Ensure fuel supply for production. Apply science and technology to promote scientific and technical initiatives, improve production efficiency. Participate effectively in the electricity market to increase electricity sales revenue compared to revenue under the power purchase contract. Organize and streamline the apparatus according to the direction of EVNGENCO1. Implement well the work of occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting.
