At Pu Don Hill relic site, where President Ho Chi Minh conferred the rank of General on comrade Vo Nguyen Giap in 1948, the delegation also respectfully remembered the great contributions of General Vo Nguyen Giap, who devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the nation.
At the 27-7 National Historical Site, where in 1947 Uncle Ho's letter was announced recognizing the birth of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their blood for the independence and freedom of the country.
At the relic sites, the working group pledged to unite, be steadfast in will, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Also in this working program, General Phan Van Giang and the working delegation visited, encouraged and presented 50 gifts to war invalids and sick soldiers in Phu Dinh commune; presented 50 gifts to policy families and meritorious people in Dai Phuc commune.
At the gift-giving destinations, General Phan Van Giang encouraged, visited and wished that war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of policy beneficiaries continue to overcome difficulties, promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and rise up in life.
