During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Son district has taken advantage of the leadership of the Party Committee, closely coordinated with the government and member organizations to innovate, create, make breakthroughs, overcome difficulties and challenges, and mobilize people of all walks of life to effectively participate in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements; successfully completed and exceeded the set targets and tasks. Notably, it has built and expanded many effective self-management models on security and order, traffic safety, crime prevention, environmental protection, and models of helping each other develop the economy and escape poverty sustainably; coordinated to mobilize people and businesses to contribute 17.4 billion VND, donate 5,600m2 of land, and work with the State to concretize 3,950m of rural roads, more than 20km of drainage ditches in residential areas and 1,450m of intra-field canals; mobilized the "For the Poor" Fund with 5,570 billion VND, from which together with socialized sources, 287 solidarity houses were built; coordinated to mobilize the "Repaying gratitude" Fund with 1,350 billion VND, implementing the construction and repair of 27 gratitude houses; 61/61 villages and neighborhoods were recognized as cultural villages and neighborhoods; every year, on average, 98-100% of agencies, units and enterprises meet cultural standards...

With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", for the 2024-2029 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Son district sets out a number of specific goals such as: Over 80% of residential areas implement at least 1 sustainable poverty reduction livelihood model and 1 self-governing model for people on environmental protection, rural traffic, civilized streets, security and order, traffic safety, education promotion...; 100% of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the commune level and the Front Working Committees of villages and neighborhoods complete their tasks well, of which 20% complete their tasks excellently; 100% of agencies, units and localities implement the emulation movement "Solidarity, Creativity" and have initiatives proposed for appraisal and recognition at all levels.
Speaking at the congress, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee commended the results that the Vietnam Fatherland Front, its member organizations and the people of Ninh Son district have achieved in the past term; at the same time, he requested that in the coming term, the district Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations continue to closely follow the political tasks of the district Party Committee to coordinate and unify actions; synchronously and resolutely and effectively deploy the 7 groups of solutions stated in the resolution, in accordance with the specific conditions of the locality. Continue to innovate the way of thinking, working, propagating and mobilizing the people in the direction of the whole people, comprehensively, with focus and key points, in accordance with reality, improve the quality and effectiveness of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements. In which, we pay attention to effectively implementing two new contents: the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" launched by the Prime Minister and the 6th Action Program "Building self-governing, united, prosperous and happy residential areas"; fulfilling the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people, being a bridge between the Party and the government's will and the people's; determined to build a team of Front officials at all levels in the district with sufficient qualities, capacity, creativity, enthusiasm, responsibility, good at mass mobilization, courage, and aspiration to contribute to meet the requirements of assigned tasks.
The congress elected 55 delegates to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Son district, term X, 2024-2029. Mr. Truong Thanh Quyen was re-elected as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Son district.
