Da Nang: More than 700 volunteers join exam support in the first exam session

On the morning of June 26, implementing the program "Supporting the exam season" in 2025, hundreds of union members and young people in Da Nang city were present at the exam sites early in the morning, ready to support candidates and parents in the first exam session of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Accordingly, implementing the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2025 and continuing to implement the program "Supporting the exam season" in 2025, the City Youth Union - Student Association of Da Nang City has established 31 "Supporting the exam season" teams with more than 700 volunteers at 31 exam locations to support 14,549 candidates.

Before the 2025 High School Graduation Exam took place on the morning of June 26, the City Youth Union - Student Association mobilized resources and distributed: 400 cartons of mineral water, 250 cartons of milk, 10,000 bags of cakes and candies, 1,500 cartons of sausages, 3,000 handheld fans and some learning tools to the exam sites, to support candidates and their families when needed.

According to reporters at the testing sites of Thai Phien High School and Phan Chau Trinh High School, in the first exam session of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, many youth union members in the area were busy preparing from early morning, giving out free water and study tools to candidates; organizing volunteer teams to guide and direct traffic to ensure traffic safety.

In addition, the "Supporting the Exam Season" program in 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Youth Union has also coordinated with authorities at all levels, medical andeducational facilities; organized the pick-up and drop-off of candidates with special circumstances; prevented issues that negatively affected candidates such as: issuing illegal documents, increasing service prices, causing disturbances, etc.

Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union Le Cong Hung said that supporting the exam season is also an annual program to create an environment for youth union members and students to promote the spirit of volunteerism, mutual love, and sense of responsibility to the community; contributing to ensuring that the exam takes place safely and smoothly, creating a good mentality for candidates to achieve the highest results.

According to the plan to implement the "Supporting the Exam Season" Program in 2025, before the exam, the program focused on propaganda and deploying information channels to receive support needs from candidates, organizing online consultation on exam information; initiating connections between volunteers and candidates, especially candidates with special circumstances, introducing reputable online review channels and posting on the unit's fanpage.
