At Pham Van Dong Street (Provincial Road 353) at the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway interchange, traffic moves smoothly.

At 4 p.m. on September 2, the Tien Cuu Bridge toll station on National Highway 10 was quite deserted. According to the reporter's records, the routes that are considered "hot spots" for traffic congestion such as National Highway 10, Provincial Road 359 or the route in the old Thuy Nguyen district were deserted, traffic was smooth, there was no congestion, and the line of vehicles was lined up like in previous holidays.
