On the afternoon of September 2, at the exit of the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway in Gia Loc commune (Hai Phong city), traffic was heavier than usual but there was no congestion. The number of vehicles traveling in both directions through the toll station of the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway in Gia Loc commune has increased. On Highway 5 through the West Hai Phong area (Nam Cuong Hotel section), the traffic volume is quite heavy but there is no local congestion, many people choose to return to Hanoi after the holiday by motorbike. On Highway 5 from Hanoi to Hai Phong is also quite clear. National Highway 10, the turnoff to Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway, is quite crowded with traffic. At Quan Toan intersection (National Highway 5 intersects with National Highway 10), there is no traffic jam. At Pham Van Dong Street (Provincial Road 353) at the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway interchange, traffic moves smoothly. At 4 p.m. on September 2, the Tien Cuu Bridge toll station on National Highway 10 was quite deserted.
