Báo Tin TứcBáo Tin Tức10/10/2024

Hanoi Flag Tower, over 200 years old, is a special historical structure and the most magnificent in the Thang Long Imperial Citadel relic complex.
Not only a symbol of the capital, the Flag Tower is also a testament to a glorious period of resistance against the French, a mark of the resilience and indomitability of generations of Hanoians.

In 1945, after the success of the August Revolution, the red flag with a yellow star was first hoisted on the Hanoi Flag Tower. Therefore, when the Democratic Republic of Vietnam was born, the image of the Hanoi Flag Tower was also solemnly printed on the first issued currency of the State Bank of Vietnam .
