- Delivery location:

- Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi City.

- Thai Hoa Ward, Nghe An Province.

- Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province.

- Price does not include VAT and loading and unloading costs at both ends.

3. Information about the type of vehicle:

- Closed-body trucks, with designed load capacity of 14.5 tons; 3.2 tons and 1.9 tons.

- The unit sending the quotation must clearly state the internal dimensions of the cargo box of each vehicle type in the quotation (Length x Width x Height).

- Minimum vehicle body dimensions are as follows:

14.5 ton vehicle: 9.12 x 2.39 x 2.33 m (Or equivalent to 52m ³ )

3.2 ton vehicle: 5.17 x 1.85 x 1.78 m (Or equivalent to 17m ³ )

1.9 ton vehicle type: 3.20 x 1.67 x 1.70 m (Or equivalent to 9m ³ )

4. Requirements for storage and responsibility for goods:

- The vehicle body is sealed, clean, dry, not moldy, and odorless.

- Driver is responsible for counting the quantity of goods and signing full receipt documents.

- When goods are damaged (wet, dented, torn box), missing (even due to accident), the shipping unit must compensate 100% of the damage value.

5. Required capacity profile with quotation:

- Financial performance in 2024.

- Transport revenue in 2 years (From 2023 to 2024)

- Records of VAT and CIT payment obligations in 2024 and 2025.

- Valid vehicle registration and inspection papers for 14.5 tons; 3.2 tons and 1.9 tons (or equivalent tonnage).

Note: Copies of documents must be notarized.

6. Legal requirements and payment

- Notarized copy of transportation business registration certificate.

- Ability to issue valid invoices and sign transparent contracts.

- Priority is given to units equipped with delivery software or apps (if any).

7. Time for receiving quotation documents: From the date of announcement to August 31, 2025 .

8. Bid opening date: September 1, 2025.

9. Quotation validity : Quotation is valid from the date of opening the bidding documents.

10. Selection criteria: Priority will be given to units with the most competitive bid prices and fully meeting the required capacity profile.
