The program was organized by the Company in coordination with the Vang Danh Coal Union, to honor the sacred values of a home in the heart of the mine, while encouraging the spirit and recognizing the contributions of workers' families to the development of the unit.
The program was attended by 104 outstanding couples from production units and 26 families representing 18 ethnic minorities working at the company. These are all outstanding families, with many contributions to production and building cultural life in collective housing and residential areas.
The highlight of the meeting was the emotional exchange and sharing of psychologist Dinh Doan with the topic "Family Happiness". The close and authentic stories evoked the values of love, sharing and understanding - the fundamental factors to build a sustainable home, thereby creating motivation to help workers feel secure in contributing in a special environment like the Coal industry.
At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded incentives to 130 outstanding worker families. This is a timely recognition, contributing to encouraging families to continue promoting good traditions, overcoming difficulties, and actively contributing to the production and business activities of the company.
The program is a tribute to workers, affirming the core role of family in the sustainable development of the Vietnam Coal - Minerals industry.
