Unable to bear the heavy damage to the unfinished bridge, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province decided to add a company to be responsible for constructing 2 approach roads and paving the bridge's asphalt concrete surface.
The company mobilized almost all of its human resources and equipment to immediately carry out the task 24/7 under the direct command of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh. In nearly 1 month, the company filled 24,000m3 of loose soil, nearly 6,000m3 of crushed stone, and more than 4,500 tons of hot asphalt concrete.
According to Mr. Dang Tho - Deputy General Director of Quang Nam Transport Construction Joint Stock Company, in order to increase competitive advantage, the board of directors decided to continue innovating technology at the quarry, mixing station and equipment serving asphalt concrete paving.
Thanks to that, the company is proactive in the source of materials for construction of bid projects or emergency repair and recovery items due to natural disasters. In particular, providing construction stones and directly undertaking asphalt concrete paving for partners has contributed to increasing revenue and solving jobs for workers.
In 2025, the company won the bid to construct a number of periodic repair projects on urban routes in Quang Nam.

During the rainy and stormy season, the unit mobilizes materials, equipment and machinery to gather at key points on routes and projects under management and construction, ready to respond promptly, ensuring the fastest first step of traffic.
Having directly commanded the scene of the National Highway 40B, National Highway 14E, and National Highway 14D during previous stormy seasons, Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong - Deputy General Director of the company said that the volume of landslides from the positive slope down was up to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters.
With appropriate solutions and practical experience, the company mobilized maximum human resources and equipment to carry out the task, while ensuring the safety of the workers, and overcame the first step of traffic in just a few short days.
Through online competitive bidding, in 2024, Quang Nam Transport Construction Joint Stock Company won the bid to manage and regularly maintain routes DT611, DT611B, DT612, DT614 and routes QL14B, QL14D and QL14E for a period of 3 years.
Combining production and business activities with social security, since the re-establishment of Quang Nam province (1997) until now, Quang Nam Transport Construction Joint Stock Company has done a good job of repaying gratitude. The unit has taken care of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, supported the sister commune of Phuoc Xuan (Phuoc Son), and supported the construction of dozens of gratitude houses in Quang Nam.
To complete the task well, the company assigns and divides tasks clearly to the Road Management Departments; strengthens the road patrol team; and increases the number of staff in the professional department to do additional road management work.

Typically, through monitoring the situation on Highway 14D in Nam Giang district, the patrol discovered and reported to the company's leaders that 5 bridges in Ta Bhing, Ta Po, Cha Val, and La Dee were damaged, posing a risk to traffic safety.
Based on the report of the enterprise, the Department of Construction established a working group to conduct a field inspection and make a preliminary assessment of the extent of damage. Recently, the Department of Construction reported to the Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam Road Administration on the situation of the above 5 bridges and solutions to ensure construction safety and traffic safety.
