On the afternoon of July 5, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Comrade Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Phu Thuan Commune Party Committee on the progress of preparations for the Party Congress; the operation of the two-level local government; the operation of the Public Administration Service Center; the implementation of the tasks of Party building, socio-economic development, national defense and security until the end of the year.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Ho Thi Hoang Yen and the working delegation grasped the operation situation of the Phu Thuan Commune Public Administration Service Center.

According to the report, the Phu Thuan Commune Party Committee has completed its personnel after reorganizing the apparatus, establishing 23 subordinate Party cells; actively preparing for the 16th Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Commune Public Administration Service Center officially came into operation with a team of young, enthusiastic specialists.

In addition, the Phu Thuan Commune Party Committee also proposed considering investing in a new headquarters, adding contract personnel, equipment and completing software to serve administrative procedure settlement.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Ho Thi Hoang Yen oriented some contents that the commune needs to focus on implementing.

Speaking at the direction, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Ho Thi Hoang Yen acknowledged and commended the proactiveness of the Party Committee, government, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Thuan commune in implementing the local political tasks.

In the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee continue to organize and effectively operate the Public Administration Service Center; closely monitor and supervise the implementation of targets and resolutions on socio-economic development to achieve growth targets.

The locality continues to pay attention to the work of perfecting the organization and apparatus; leading the successful organization of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. In drafting congress documents, it is necessary to identify potentials and strengths, and have strategic orientations for the new term; focusing on propaganda work before, during and after the congress. At the same time, urgently review the policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees who retire according to Decree 178 of the Government in a timely and proper manner.
