In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Company has launched many emulation movements associated with the implementation of political tasks, production and business, launching creative labor movements, promoting technical innovation initiatives, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene and environmental protection. The emulation movement creates motivation for the collective of cadres and employees to excellently complete the planned targets. Production and business activities are maintained stably, ensuring jobs, income and benefits for employees, fully performing obligations to the State, actively participating in social security activities.

Leaders of Son La Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company presented certificates of merit to individuals.

During the period 2020 - 2024, the Company was awarded many noble awards: 1 emulation flag of the Provincial People's Committee, 2 emulation flags of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , 7 certificates of merit of the Provincial People's Committee, and many certificates of merit of ministries, branches and associations. Affiliated units were awarded 12 certificates of merit of the Provincial People's Committee, 11 titles of "Excellent Labor Collective", 25 individuals were recognized as "Grassroots-level Emulation Fighters". Son La Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company was classified as a "Financially Safe" enterprise for 5 years. (2020 - 2024)”.

In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Company strives for 100% of its cadres and employees to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; 100% of its cadres and employees to actively participate in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and emulation movements launched by superiors.
