Along with the continuous development of the provincial press, the team of collaborators (CTV) is also present in all areas, professions and fields. They are teachers, retired cadres, youth union members, people working in agencies, enterprises, freelancers... No matter what they do, where they are, they still spend time observing and exploiting to provide readers, listeners and viewers with the newest and most attractive information and images through press agencies.

Contributor Tran Thi Ngoc Tu - teacher at Huong Khe High School, engrossed in each page of writing.

Teacher Tran Thi Ngoc Tu - Huong Khe High School shared: “Because I love reading books and accumulating knowledge, I always want to express my thoughts about life through my writings. Initially, from the lines of essays about life, about love..., I boldly tried my hand at short stories and collaborated with a number of newspapers and magazines. Recently, I have been a familiar contributor to the weekend edition of Ha Tinh Newspaper. I am truly happy to be able to contribute my voice and feelings to spread good things through the pages of the newspaper.”

With passion, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, many collaborators have always been concerned and followed local activities, proactively detected problems and promptly reported them to the press, and at the same time set good examples and good practices to spread and replicate. The collaborator force has been, is and will continue to be an important part of revolutionary journalism in general and Ha Tinh journalism in particular.

As an amateur journalist, although he is nearly 80 years old, Mr. Tran Thanh Binh (Thach Chau commune, Thach Ha) is still concerned and passionate about many areas of life, especially Party building work. He has won many journalism awards from the central to local levels, including 7 provincial Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards.

Mr. Binh shared: “After more than 40 years of working for the Party, for me, the press is a companion on the journey to bring resolutions into life. The press not only helps me convey views and opinions distilled from life, but each time I write, I review what I have done to promptly adjust and overcome. After retiring, I have more time to approach issues in life more deeply and broadly, however, Party building work and spreading outstanding examples in life are still the main themes in my writings.”

Not only are they news reporters, they also play an important role in guiding public opinion and fighting against false and hostile arguments. Their articles, though simple and rustic, are always imbued with revolutionary spirit and humanity, conveying positive messages, contributing to guiding public opinion and ensuring political security in the area.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Lieu works at the militia and self-defense training ground of the provincial military command.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Lieu - Propaganda Assistant of the Propaganda Department (Political Department - Provincial Military Command) shared: “I have been a writer for many years, but fate brought me to Ha Tinh Newspaper and became a regular and active contributor through the "National Defense" page. Propaganda about the activities of the armed forces must ensure orientation in awareness and ideology, uphold the Party spirit, principles, and fighting spirit; information must be complete, timely, accurate... to contribute to encouraging and motivating cadres and soldiers to enthusiastically compete to complete all tasks well. And I am very happy that my articles have contributed to spreading the image and good qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the cause of protecting and building the country today".

With passion and love for the profession, many contributors have strived to improve their journalistic skills such as writing, using filming and photography equipment. They approach information carefully, know how to verify sources, and choose perspectives that are consistent with the newspaper's orientation. Many contributors not only write articles, but also become "information bridges" that help the editorial office quickly, accurately and vividly reflect the breath of life. On the way of working, the contributor team also encounters many difficulties, but that cannot stop them from continuing to devote themselves, because in their hearts, journalism - even as a side job - is always an option.

In the development of Vietnam's revolutionary press over the past 100 years, besides professional reporters and journalists who are always present at the forefront, there is also a force that has silently contributed - the team of collaborators. With their silent love for the profession, collaborators have become a bridge of information between the grassroots and the press agencies. They are also living proof of the collective strength in the journey to build a strong, humane and close-to-life revolutionary press.
