With the motto of operating the union for the benefit of union members, taking the interests of employees as the focus of its activities, in recent times, the union of May Man Seon Global Co., Ltd., in coordination with the board of directors, has always placed the task of caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees first. The grassroots union has joined the enterprise in amending the labor regulations in accordance with the provisions of current laws and the production situation of the enterprise, based on the aspirations of employees; increasing the quantity and quality of negotiations, signing and monitoring the implementation of collective labor agreements; developing collective labor agreements, improving the quality of employee conferences; strengthening dialogue and negotiation so that employees can best enjoy the welfare regimes in the enterprise... Every year, the company gives Tet gifts worth 300,000 VND/person and Tet bonuses to employees: the first year is 100% of the basic salary, the second year and above is 150% of the basic salary; From the 5th year onwards, the bonus is 250% of the basic salary. The union organizes activities on the occasion of "Workers' Month"; "Reunion Tet" giving gifts to children of union members and workers on the occasion of June 1st, rewarding children of workers and laborers with high achievements in studying and training; organizing visits and giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances...
In order to effectively implement Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on working conditions and labor relations, the trade union executive board coordinates with the company's board of directors to organize annual labor conferences; organize periodic dialogue conferences between employees and representatives of employers... The results of the dialogues are that most of the legitimate opinions and recommendations of union members and employees are promptly answered by the company's leaders such as: installing labor safety and hygiene equipment, ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer; upgrading the kitchen, purchasing modern equipment; equipment for labor safety work... Thereby, contributing to building harmonious labor relations in the enterprise, creating trust and peace of mind for employees to stay with the company for a long time.
In addition, the union actively coordinated with the professional sector to promote emulation movements: "Good worker, creative worker", "Good at public work, good at housework", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Promoting initiatives, technical improvements with productivity, quality, efficiency, occupational safety and hygiene"... The emulation movements were actively responded to and participated in by a large number of cadres, union members and employees, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere of enthusiasm for work, dedication to work; promoting the collective strength and creative intelligence of each cadre and union member. Along with that, the union organized competitions: "Protecting the environment - living new with old", " Fashionable charm " to arouse the talents, strengths, ingenuity and intelligence of employees. From used materials in daily life such as: plastic bags, packaging, old newspapers... through needlework, stitches, creative and delicate designs, workers have created colorful, vibrant costumes and impressive, unique performances...
The Trade Union of May Man Seon Global Co., Ltd. has performed well its function as a bridge between the business owner and the employees, resolved the policies and legitimate rights for union members, encouraged and promoted employees to enthusiastically produce and fulfill the tasks and goals of the unit. Since then, the income of employees has increased annually, currently, the average income reaches 8 million VND/person/month.
