The conference was held online at two locations: the headquarters of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province and the working unit at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province (old). Attending were the Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Heads and Deputy Heads of departments, offices, units and all civil servants, public employees and workers of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee Office announced the decisions on receiving and appointing leaders and managers for 9 affiliated departments and offices. The decisions were issued by the Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee on July 2, 2025.
specifically: Department of Culture - Society: Mr. Tran Quang Phuong holds the position of Head of Department. Department of Internal Affairs: Mr. Le Trung Kien holds the position of Head of Department. Department of Economics - General: Ms. Phan Diem Bich holds the position of Head of Department. Department of Industry Economics: Ms. Ngo Thi Xuan Hoai holds the position of Head of Department.
