In 2024, Ward 11 Police was honored to be selected by the Provincial Police to build a model of "Model Ward Police in terms of security, order and urban civilization". During the implementation process, the Ward Police proactively advised the Party Committee and the Ward People's Committee to lead and direct the implementation of many synchronous and practical solutions to ensure security and order in the area, closely following the 20 criteria in the set of criteria for building a model Ward Police issued by the Ministry of Public Security .

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department affirmed: Building a model of "Model Ward Police in terms of security, order and urban civilization" is a correct and timely policy of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security to meet the requirements of ensuring security and order in the new situation. He acknowledged and commended the efforts, attempts and results that Ward 11 Police have achieved in the past time, and emphasized: Being recognized as "Model Ward Police" is not the end but an important starting point, opening a new stage of development with increasingly high requirements and tasks.
Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Hung requested the command, officers and soldiers of Ward 11 Police to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, initiative and creativity in work; maintain discipline and order; constantly improve the quality of the team, better meet the task of maintaining security and order in the new situation.
In particular, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Hung emphasized: In the coming time, implementing the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units according to the Resolution of the National Assembly and the Government, there will certainly be changes in the scope of local management and organizational apparatus. Therefore, regardless of the position, under any conditions or circumstances, the collective command, officers and soldiers of the Ward Police need to continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, maintain political courage, be ready to adapt, and excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing to building a regular, elite and modern Ward Police force to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
