Becamex TP.HCM Club signs contract with Serbian central defender

Center back Milos Zlatkovic is the first foreign player to come to Becamex TP.HCM Club in the 2025-2026 season.

Becamex Binh Duong Club was officially approved to change its name to Becamex TP.HCM after the local merger. From here, the team began to build a new squad for the season.

Coach Nguyen Anh Duc is still the one in charge. Becamex Ho Chi Minh City Club trains in Da Nang . The team has signed a contract with Serbian center-back Milos Zlatkovic after a trial.

Milos was born in 1997, is 1m82 tall, and is left-footed. He recently played for Tampines Rover in the Singapore league, and previously played for Balzan in Malta. His market value is 275,000 euros.

Milos' experience is understanding Southeast Asian football. However, the Serbian player's experience in V-League is zero. However, Milos' adaptability can be a plus.

Milos is the first foreign player announced by Becamex Ho Chi Minh City Club. In the 2025-2026 season, V-League allows teams to register 4 foreign players but only 3 players per match.

Milos will likely compete with Janclesio Almeida, a Brazilian centre-back who is still under contract. Last season, Janclesio played 21 matches in the V-League but his performance was not as good as before.

Thus, Coach Nguyen Anh Duc needs to add 2 more "Westerners" to complete his foreign personnel. Certainly, one of them will be a striker to share the task with Nguyen Tien Linh.
