The “Union Meal” program was organized at GTWILL Vietnam Co., Ltd. with 228 meals for union members and employees. Each meal costs 80,000 VND (an additional value of 59,000 VND/meal compared to the daily shift meal). Of which, the Provincial Federation of Labor supports 40,000 VND/meal, the Company supports 40,000 VND/meal. The meal portion is supplemented with a variety of dishes... Each meal not only ensures nutrition, food safety and hygiene, and health care, but also creates a friendly atmosphere, connecting employees with the union organization and the employer.
The program is also an opportunity for grassroots trade unions to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, thereby promptly taking measures to support and encourage them during their work, affirming the role of accompanying and caring practically of the trade union organization, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 20 gifts to disadvantaged workers of GTWILL Vietnam Co., Ltd., each gift worth 800,000 VND.
