In the spirit of frankness, democracy and openness, representatives of union members and youth in the commune raised 12 questions for dialogue, proposals and recommendations to the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, focusing on the following contents: Supporting and encouraging the development of Community Digital Technology Teams; orientation and solutions to promote people to switch from cash to non-cash methods; skills to identify and prevent risks for people, especially teenagers; supporting youth and people to access and effectively use online public services and administrative procedures; issues of starting a business, economic development, job creation for young people, etc.
Listening to the opinions of the youth union members, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee and the departments and offices directly responded to the opinions and recommendations of the youth at the conference. At the same time, they informed about solutions, support, and created conditions for the youth to transform digitally and develop the local economy and society.
Also at the conference, the Bac Yen Commune Youth Union launched the "Digital Education for All" and "Digital Youth Campaign" movements and launched the "Digital Youth Volunteer Team" in 2025. The members are responsible for propagating, guiding, and supporting people and businesses to install and use digital citizen software and applications; guiding and supporting people to resolve and carry out administrative procedures and use level 3 and 4 public services at commune-level public administration service centers. Coordinate with departments, branches, and organizations to effectively implement digital transformation activities in the commune.
