The project to renovate and repair the Provincial Information and Conference Center includes 2 projects: Renovation and repair of degraded infrastructure and upgrading of internal facilities and equipment to meet safety, technical and aesthetic requirements, serving meetings and conferences at the Provincial Information and Conference Center. The total investment of the 2 projects is nearly 30 billion VND. To date, the infrastructure renovation and repair project has been 100% completed according to the design; the renovation and upgrade project of facilities and equipment is actively installing equipment, tables, chairs, curtains, carpets, stage decorations, etc. The entire work is expected to be completed by August 15.

After the inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc commended the investors and contractors for basically meeting the progress required by the province. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc noted that the construction needs to ensure the aesthetics, space, and landscape of the front yard and fountain; replace old light bulbs to match the space and color of the infrastructure items; clean the walls of the front lobby area, creating a space for festive decoration to welcome the Provincial Party Congress. To ensure quality and aesthetics, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to additionally paint and repair the entire door system of meeting rooms and halls; pay attention to purchasing sanitary equipment and auxiliary equipment for the Center's operations after completion; renovate the campus, decorate with flowers and ornamental plants to create an airy, bright, green, clean and beautiful space... The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to the proposal to renovate the lighting system of the entire Center campus, creating a highlight of the city.
