Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee rewards the man who donated land to build the Dong Ha bypass

Decision No. 1271/QD-UBND clearly states that, in addition to being awarded a Certificate of Merit, Mr. Van Tien Luc's family will also receive a cash reward from the reward fund; the reward level is implemented according to Decree No. 152/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government .

Previously, Quang Tri Newspaper, Radio and Television had articles and reports reflecting the family of Mr. Van Tien Luc, 39 years old, in Quarter 3, Nam Dong Ha Ward, voluntarily submitted an application to donate 272 ^{square meters} of land to implement the Eastern bypass project, Dong Ha City. The Eastern bypass project, Dong Ha City (old) has been implemented for many years and is behind schedule, partly due to site clearance.

The donation of ^272m2 by Mr. Van Tien Luc's family at the intersection of the Dong Ha Eastern Bypass Project with Nguyen Hoang Street to Lai Phuoc Bridge has contributed to speeding up the progress and completion of the project. At the same time, the work of Mr. Van Tien Luc's family has demonstrated the high sense of responsibility and community awareness of citizens, creating a positive impact in society, contributing to removing obstacles in the current site clearance work, speeding up the construction of key works and projects in the area.
