During her work, Ms. Van has many practical application initiatives, especially in the field of event organization. For example, at the Year End Party program, instead of manually checking in with paper tickets that can easily cause congestion, she applied QR code scanning technology. Thanks to that, the information of attendees appeared immediately after scanning, helping to control quickly, accurately, shortening time and effectively managing more than 1,500 guests.

At lucky draw events, she continues to innovate by using OBS Studio software combined with Excel VBA programming to randomly draw numbers. This method ensures fairness and transparency, and can be livestreamed, allowing workers to participate remotely. The winning results are summarized immediately, and gifts are given correctly and promptly, creating satisfaction for participants.

Ms. Van shared: “Not only stopping at the event field, in recruitment, my colleagues and I developed a separate website for the human resources department, expanding the candidate search channel. Besides, I focus on building a recruitment brand through social networking channels such as Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok. Up to now, these channels have attracted more than 1,000 followers, contributing to enhancing brand awareness, attracting quality candidates, meeting the company's increasing human resources needs."

During the implementation process, Ms. Van always received support from the Board of Directors, the grassroots union and colleagues. This support helped her boldly propose and experiment with new ways of doing things. However, innovation also means facing many difficulties. Most of the initiatives are related to technology, requiring a lot of research time, while support staff is limited, so she has to take on up to 80% of the workload herself. In addition, the application of new methods sometimes encounters mixed opinions, because old habits are often difficult to change.

“However, I choose to persevere, listen to feedback to continue to improve. For me, each successful initiative not only brings efficiency to the business but also proves the progressive spirit and desire to contribute of young workers,” Ms. Van confided.

With her constant efforts and creativity, Ms. Van has contributed to renewing the way events are organized, improving the efficiency of recruitment, and affirming the active role of employees in the process of innovation and business development.
